Ionian Village Summer Reunion

Are you ready for the best camp reunion of your life?!

February 20-22, 2015

Registration will be available online through our website beginning on November 15th. Identical to our Summer program, food, lodging and all activities will be included in the Reunion cost, which wil be $250.00. And just like in Greece, our experienced Ionian Village Staff will be accompanying and supervising every activity throughout this weekend. Registration closes on Februrary 2

Check-in will be on Friday, February 20 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington D.C. For planning and pick-up reasons, it is imperative that you arrive within this time block. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please call Marina in our office.

Travel Arrangements
For those of you who will be flying, Ionian Village will be providing transportation to and from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). If you are flying into another airport, or arriving via train or bus, transportation to and from your arrival/departure point is at your own expense, and your responsibility to coordinate. Those of you arriving to D.C after 6:00 pm, will be responsible for finding your own transportation to meet the group at our hotel. Our resources and staff are limited for this weekend so your undersatnding is appreciated. DCA is less than 5 miles away from the Renaissance Hotel.  If you have any questions or concerns about this, please call Marina in our office.

On Sunday, our program will conclude after the Divine Liturgy at St. Sophia's Greek Orthodox Cathedral around 1:00 p.m. Because of this, we suggest that you do not book flights or buses etc. until after 2:30 p.m. Those of you who will be taking a bus or train will have an opportunity to call for a taxi/car service to pick you up from the church and take you to whichever station you need. 

Hotel Accommodations
All of our Reunion participants will be staying at the Renaissance Washington D.C Downtown Hotel, located at 999 Ninth Street NW. Rooming requests can be made during online registration. It is important to note, our rooming block is only for participants of the Reunion, and we can unfortunately not extend this for any Parents/families who will be accompanying their campers. In addition, we understand that some parents may want to travel to Washington with their camper to enjoy the sights of the city. Please understand: just like at camp, once your camper is checked in to registration, they become a full part of the program. We have a very full schedule, and we ask that any accompanying parents understand that parents, unfortunately, are not a part of our program. Please also note that if you choose to stay at the same hotel, we will ask you to refrain from interaction with your child during the program.
