His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios of America is the Spiritual Advisor of the Ionian Village Camping Program

Fr. Evagoras is very conscious of the remarkable spiritual impact Ionian Village has on our Greek Orthodox youth and young adults, having participated in the program multiple times as a camper and serving as a staff member for three years. He is eager to continue the rich Ionian Village tradition of discovering Greece and living Orthodoxy.

Konstantine has been involved with the Ionian Village program since the late 1990's. Over the course of his tenure with the program, he has served the camp in every position possible; cabin staff, OL leader, office liaison and program coordinator.

Vicky Yotides joined the New York office team as the Administrative Assistant in April 2010. As a graduate of Eastern Michigan University Business School, she brings over 20 years of administrative experience to the table. She has visited Ionian Village many times and is very familiar with the details of the program. Vicky's husband Dino and two daughters, Catherine and Christina are Ionian Village alumni.

Ionian Village is fortunate to have an on-site staff maintaining our camp grounds throughout the year. While Ionian Village is in session, they help the camp run smoothly by maintaining the grounds and dishing up delicious, traditional Greek food. Every camper and staff member who has met Kyria Sophia (our devoted cook) and her family and crew, holds a special place in their heart for their loving hospitality.

One of the keys to the success of Ionian Village is its remarkable staff of talented and dedicated Orthodox Christian adults.
