Marina Tripodis, Administrative Assistant

Marina Tripodis was raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!) where she studied Strategic Communication. Growing up, her Metropolis Camp played a very vital role in her teenage life, laying a strong foundation of the Orthodox faith in her. While in college, Marina continued to learn about the faith throughout ministries such as Orthodox Christian Fellowship, which really ignited her love for service, and faith based non-profits. During this time she also continued her involvement in Youth Ministries for the Metropolis of Pittsburgh, by serving as a Staff member for over 5 years at the Metropolis Camp.

In 2011, after working in the Metropolis of Pittsburgh Youth Office, Marina attended Ionian Village as a Staff member, and became instantly hooked!  Seeing first-hand the miraculous works that Ionian Village does in everyone's lives who attends, and feeling the love it brought to hers, she knew it was a very special place. Marina feels very blessed to have this opportunity and is very excited to be joining the Office of Ionian Village. She is eager to see the ministry continue to flourish, and change the lives of young people from across the Archdiocese.
